Objectives

• Discuss aspects related to mechanisms, strategies to deal with inequalities in health, equity and inclusion in pharmacy settings.
• Analyze cases and situations of everyday pharmacy scenarios related to inequalities in health, equity and inclusion, and their impact on patients and employees.
• Identify ethical/professional actions and responsibilities of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to reduce inequalities and promote equity and inclusion of patients and colleagues.
• Value the role and contributions of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians by incorporating actions and interventions that promote equity and inclusion into their professional practice.
