Objectives

  • 1.At the end of the CPE activity the participants will be able to: Identify different rules, procedures, and strategies to prevent and combat fraud and abuse of drugs.
  • 2.Identify risk situations during the management of controlled substances.
  • 3.Identify strategies to minimize risk situations.
  • 4. Review the responsibilities of the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to comply with the laws and procedures recommended by DEA
