Objectives

  • Describe difference between Fraud, Waste and Abuse and other criminal acts
  • Identify major laws combating Fraud, Waste and Abuse and other related laws that contribute to combating fraud
  • Describe cybersecurity, cybercrime, and how cyber security efforts help combat FWA
  • Discuss various violations and non-compliance and suggest how to control, correct or prevent Fraud, Waste and Abuse.
  • Identify possible consequences of non-compliance and violation of laws that combat FWA
  • At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to: Describe difference between Fraud, Waste and Abuse and other criminal acts
