At the end of the CPE activity, the participants will be able to:

  • List the laws and statutes that apply to pharmacy practice, applicable to fraud and abuse. 
  • List the various efforts to prevent, assess and prosecute wrong eligibility, claims, payments, and health services.
  • Describe the actions and strategies that must be applied to comply with the Drugs Supply and Security Act and to prevent Diversion.
  • Enumarate the different criminal and civil penalties for entities and individual charged with fraud.
